Patna: 13 May 2024 :: Indian Institute of Technology Patna; Accepting criticism gracefully is a valuable skill. This can lead to personal growth and improvement. The courage to accept criticism even in student life paves the way for their bright future. These things were said by Prof. T. N. Singh, Director of IIT Patna, while addressing the students during the Euphoria 2024 program organized at IIT Patna.
The Euphoria 2024 program was organized to honor the outstanding efforts of the proactive training and placement cell coordinators of IIT Patna. Their contributions have been instrumental in fostering a conducive environment for placement activities and facilitating the career development of fellows. This is the third consecutive year that TPC has hosted such felicitation ceremony.
The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana. The journey of the TPC during the academic year 2023- 2024 was highlighted, showcasing the impressive feat and establishing new connections, thereby strengthening the academic -industry network. Kripa Shankar Singh, Training and Placement Officer elucidated the pivotal role played by the TPC in his talk. Further he said that the first job in life is very important and it is the turning point of life. It helps in shaping one’s long term prosperous career. A brief overview of the achievements of the TPC in the academic year 2023- 2024 was provided by Dr. Ashwani Assam, the PIC. Adean Resources and Adean R & D, Dr Anup Keshari commended the dedication of the TPC Coordinators.
Director IIT Patna Prof. T.N. Singh stressed the importance of extra-curricular activities in decision making. Apart from this, he motivated and inspired the students with his knowledge and experience while providing updates on the infrastructure development of IIT Patna. Also he lauded and appreciated the commitment and efforts of the TPO, PIC and TPC Coordinators.
Anchor Shivam Matta and Bhavna Latare extended a vote of thanks. The Eureka 2K24 Event concluded with the traditional cake cutting ceremony. A group photo session and a signature wall event provided memorable moments for all the attendees.
