Patna: 03 February 2024 :: After the successful inaugural day on the first day, Day 2 started off with a bang. Many competitions like Symphony, Ekal, and Comedy Crunch added layers of entertainment to the vibrant atmosphere. Many workshops covering diverse topics such as light photography and longboard skating drew enthusiastic crowds eager to learn and engage. With a focus on holistic growth, these sessions provided invaluable insights and skills to the attendees, fostering personal and artistic development.
A guest lecture by Dr. Zeeshan Jamil, eye specialist at ASG Eye Hospital, on Contour Vision drew a wide array of audience. He gave many new insights about different types of refractive surgeries like LASIK, ICL and RLE. He then took some questions from the audience and promptly resolved all their queries. Another interesting workshop was held by Miss Grand India 2022 Praachi Nagpal, about Modelling and Personality Development. She gave many suggestions on improving self-confidence and emphasised on the importance of self-reflection. She gave an in-depth analysis of the Modelling and Creative industry and encouraged students to explore this field.
In the evening, the fest buzzed with excitement as various events unfolded throughout the day. From the prestigious “Mr. and Mrs. Anwesha” contest, which captured the audience’s attention with its flair and elegance. Verve, the fashion show witnessed participation from more than 10 colleges, showcasing the latest trends and styles. Standup Comedy by Oninthough and Manish Choubey drew huge applause from the audience.
One of the highlights of the day was a surprise performance by Coke Studio Bharat, energizing the audience with its fusion of music and culture. The unexpected delight left spectators in awe and added an extra dose of excitement to the festivities. As the day slipped into night, the energy soared to new heights with an impressive fire performance by Ukrainian artists. Finally, the day concluded with DJ Cheshta’s pulsating beats at EDM Night, which kept the crowd on their feet throughout.
The third day of Anwesha promises an impressive array of events and activities. Anwesha is lined up with various events like Maidan- e- Jung, Silent expo, Kala pravah and Guest Lecture by Prof. Parthasarathi Chakrabarti, Director of IIEST Shibpur. The anticipation mounts as Amit Trivedi gears up to deliver a live performance post-closing ceremony, adding a musical flourish to the culmination of this unforgettable cultural extravaganza. Anwesha welcomes everyone to witness the magic of Amit Trivedi on 4th February 2024.
