Patna: 5 October 2021: Government of India, Ministry of Defence has promulgated NCC High Level Review Committee comprising of 17 members headed by Baijayant Panda, former MP. It is a matter of pride that two members in the Committee represent Bihar & Jharkhand, namely Rituraj Sinha and MS Dhoni as member of the Committee. Rituraj Sinha will be working on issues covering expansion, innovation, economics of NCC as also revising the staffing pattern for improving the quality of training.
The Committee has vast canvas to cover. Rituraj Sinha visited NCC Directorate Bihar & Jharkhand on 05 Oct 2021 and held detailed discussions with Major General M Indrabalan, Additional Director General, NCC Directorate Bihar & Jharkhand on a variety of matters concerning NCC. The discussions were very fruitful and have set the agenda for detailed deliberations in the days to come.
The experience carried by Rituraj Sinha as the Group Managing Director of India’s largest security and facility management agency, will be beneficial in developing a deep understanding of the hierarchical structure of the organisation and the aspects covering staffing and training.
