Navratri has been started with the worship of of prominent Goddess shailputri, a first avtar of Nava Durga’s this year.By worshiping Goddess shailputri devotees got their desired vow.
Maa Shailputri’s right hand Carries a trident in one hand and a lotus in other hand.she rides a bull.named nandi.Devotees used to worship her for the attainment of status of Muladhar chakra, an origin of yoga Aaradhana or upasana.By worshiping Maa Shailputri, this Muladhar chakra naturally evolved and became the basis of yoga Aaradhana among creatures.
Though Ma Durga is the divine source of affection, compassion and endearment ,that’s the reason ,on this auspicious day when goddess Durga is about to arrive to their devotees ,all god and goddess, pilgrimages, oceans , nakshtra,cities directions (dishao), River’s are spiritually invited and Maa durga has been request to dwells at kalash .

While uttering this mantra , devotees could pave the way for the attainment of happiness, wealthiness as well as health life.
The idol of goddess Durga is installed at the middle at the place of worship and on either side of it ,there is idol of goddess Mahalakshmi,god Ganesha and vijiya aka yogini on the right side and godess Mahasaraswati,god kartikeya and jaya on the left side .

The first form of ma durga is known Shailputri. She is the daughter of parvatraj Himalayas.shail means – Everest, that’s is the daughter of Himalaya named as shailputri.she is the second avtar of Mata sati . Navratra festival has been celebrated even fron the eternal times of shardiya navratra pritipada to Navami.
Every form of Adi-shakti has been worshipped during this nine nine days known as navratra.this festival takes a special place in the Hindu devotees specially for Hindu society,which has great significance from these four perspective, religious, spiritual,moral and wordly.
Duga puja has been celebrated twice a year.1st one is celebrated in Chaitra month and Ashwin month as well.both festival have celebrated and worship with equal devotion and enthusiasm.
