According to sources, metrologist have informed that the effect of cyclonic winds over the Bay of Bengal is likely to be seen in Bihar , Jharkhand and utter Pradesh.
Sources said that 19 districts including east champaran, west champaran, Diwan, Saran , sitamarhi, Madhubani,Darbhanga ,Vaishali,Shivhar, samstipur are expected to receive heavy rain and drizzle in the northern part of Bihar , while 19 districts including Patna, Gaya, Nawada, Sheikhpura , Begusurai, katihar, Banka , Bhagalpur , Munger , khagaria may receive light rains.
Sources also said that during this period , 12 districts including Patna, Gaya, Begusurai, East champaran , west champaran will get sunny with fog and rain in some places.
